Buffy measures only 3 inches tall when standing.  His head is cotter pin joined and his arms and legs are thread joined.  Buffy just loves his rocking horse, Pookey.  Buffy and Pookey have lots of fun together.  They imagine they are riding off into the sunset after the "bad" guys.  Yippie ki yi ya aye!
